Initial membership requires a 4-month commitment. You will receive all your medication in one shipment.
Your credit card will automatically be billed every month until you cancel your membership.
Cancellation notice must be submitted at least 30 days before your next billing date. Submit cancellation notices to info@bexellent.com
Initial payment is non-refundable unless BeXellent staff or affiliated services determine that the requested medication is not medically appropriate for your condition.
Medication refills requests require an additional 4-month commitment due to the multi-month medication supply.
Patients must collect their medication on the delivery day and store it in the refrigerator as instructed, if needed. If medication is kept in its shipping package for too long or left out of the fridge during dosing, patients are responsible for replacement costs.
